Connect my iPhone to iTunes
After the initial introduction, the next step is to connect
the iPhone to the rest of world, connect the iPhone to your
PC/Mac, so you can download the iTunes software.
Once you connect your iPhone to your computer turn iTunes on,
iTunes will recognize your iPhone and open a special window where you can see the data of your device, and then the Sync button will appear on the screen. iTunes will detect that your device is empty and will ask you if you want to sync it. When Apple will update a version of your iPhone you will be notified by iTunes as well.
Synchronizing my iPhone
You can synchronize your Outlook contacts and data,
Mp3's and videos (that fit iphone) the Synchronization
process is very quick if it's only contacts, but to synchronize
a large music library, it will take much longer. Incidentally,
the contacts can be imported from your SIM card of course.
On the other hand, information is updated directly from the
iPhone to your computer as well when synchronizing - for example,
you add a new application –iTunes will update and backup it on your
PC/Mac during the synchronization process.
Synchronization Note: the iPhone synchronization process
is recommended to all regular users, what will also back
up all of the info you have on your iPhone (in case you
need to Restore your iPhone). The only danger is that if
you perform it from another computer, iPhone synchronize
with an empty account will actually delete everything in
it, be careful.
Synchronizing Tip: You can import pictures and videos, but you must first convert them So Apple's iPhone can read them and add them.
